Aunty Bella's Edamame Bean Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe HelloAvo Avocados

  • 2 Packets of Mama San Shelled Edamame Soybeans

  • 150g tub of Delmaine Pesto

  • 1 packet of Tamari Roasted Almonds

  • 1 head of Broccoli

  • Parsley 

  • Salt + Pepper

  • 3 Lemons

Quick and Delicious, Aunty Bella’s Edamame Bean Salad is another Family Fav.

METHOD

  1. Using a fork, mash Avocados, then coat and soak in the Juice of 3 Lemons, set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl combine Edamame Beans, Pesto, finely chopped Parsley and Broccoli.

  3. Mix in the Avocado.

  4. Fold in Tamari Roasted Almonds. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Cover and store in the fridge until ready to be eaten.
